The competition is completely self-sufficient. This means that the use of the team and outside assistance is not allowed, all necessary equipment must be carried by the rider. You can use the services available to everyone, such as shops and eateries. The same applies to overnight stays, it is allowed to use hotels, but not overnight stays at home, cottage or with friends.

Hawaii Express Lame Maa 1500 is a fixed route, self-supported, single-stage cycling race around Estonia. The race starts on 7th of July from Tallinn(Pirita Hawaii), going clockwise around Estonia, including three islands. The 1500 km route follows secondary, mostly paved(90%) roads and goes trough three checkpoints - East(Narva Hawaii), South(Võru Hawaii), West(Kuressaare Hawaii). Racers can ride solo or as a pair and to be a finisher you need to arrive back in Tallinn before the brunch on 17th of July.
