Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter Terms) govern the purchase of products, services, and event tickets via panepanepane.ee and regulate the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller – MTÜ Ultraratturite Liit (hereinafter Seller).
1. General Provisions
1.1. Seller information is available on the website panepanepane.ee.
1.2. These Terms apply to all sales agreements between the Buyer and the Seller.
2. Order Placement and Payment
2.1. The Buyer adds desired products/services to the shopping cart, fills in required information, and submits the order.
2.2. Payment methods available (depending on availability) include:
bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Bank, Pocopay)
credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Apple Pay and Google Pay
2.3. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (registry code 12268475) in a secure environment. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s bank account or card information.
2.4. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of payment. If the ordered product/service cannot be delivered, the Seller will notify the Buyer and refund the payment within 14 days.
3. Products and Services
3.1. Descriptions, prices, and important conditions are provided in the respective offer.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to make justified changes to the offers.
4. Ticket Withdrawal and Resale
4.1. The Buyer may withdraw from a purchased Ticket as follows:
Up to 30 days before the event, refund of 90% of the participation fee
Up to 7 days before the event, refund of 50% of the participation fee
Less than 7 days before the event, withdrawal is not possible (ticket may be resold)
4.2. Any withdrawal or ticket transfer must be notified by email to ultraratturiteliit@gmail.com, including the event/team name and bank account number for refund.
4.3. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the correct notice.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Other Products/Services)
5.1. Natural person Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods or the start of service provision, unless otherwise provided by law.
5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entity Buyers.
5.3. To exercise this right, the Buyer must submit a written notice and return the goods unused and in original packaging (if applicable).
5.4. The Buyer bears the return costs unless the reason is the Seller’s fault or product non-conformity.
6. Delivery and Shipping
6.1. After placing an order, the Buyer indicates their preferred delivery location or method in the order form.
6.2. The exact delivery method, delivery time, and shipping service provider are agreed individually by email between the Buyer and the Seller, based on the Buyer’s location, the nature of the order, and the Seller’s possibilities.
6.3. Delivery may be carried out using various service providers, including but not limited to:
parcel lockers (e.g. Omniva, SmartPOST, DPD)
courier services
personal handover by prior agreement
6.4. Delivery time depends on the agreed delivery method, but typically takes place within 3–14 calendar days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6.5. Delivery costs are confirmed with the Buyer by email before dispatch and, if applicable, invoiced separately.
6.6. In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. shipping service provider delays), the Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as possible.
7. Complaints and Warranty
7.1. The Seller is responsible for products/services that do not conform to the contract or are defective for up to two years from delivery.
7.2. The Buyer may submit a complaint in writing (email) specifying the defect and date. The Seller responds within 15 business days.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
8.1. Parties are released from obligations if performance is prevented by force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, official restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party.
9. Personal Data Processing
9.1. Buyer’s personal data is processed only for order fulfillment, reporting, and legal compliance, according to the Privacy Policy available at panepanepane.ee.
10. Newsletters and Marketing
10.1. Marketing emails are sent only if the Buyer has given explicit consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. If not possible, Estonian law applies, and the Buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Board or the EU ODR platform.
12. Amendment of Terms
12.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms; the current version is published on panepanepane.ee.
